1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Creatikk service, a SaaS tool for generating scripts, AI voiceovers, captions, and videos optimized for TikTok. By accessing the Creatikk.io website or creating an account, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use.

Article 2 — Description of the service

Creatikk is a SaaS tool for creating video content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. In particular, it allows you to:

Viral script generation

Based on a theme, a duration, and a goal defined by the user, Creatikk automatically generates a script optimized for short-form platforms, along with an estimated virality score, hashtag suggestions, and music recommendations.

AI video generation

Creatikk turns a script into a publishable video. The final render consists of a sequence of images generated by artificial intelligence — which may include a short 4 to 5 second intro animation — synchronized with a voiceover and automatically embedded captions. It is not a continuously moving video generated by AI. This rendering mode is inherent to current technologies and is representative of the examples shown on the Creatikk.io website.

AI voiceover and automatic captions

Creatikk generates a natural-sounding synthetic voice from the script, synchronized with the video. Captions are automatically added and embedded in the final render.

Script from video

The user can import an existing video. Creatikk analyzes its content and generates a synchronized script, with an adapted voiceover and captions.

TikTok trends

Creatikk provides real-time access to TikTok trend data: top-performing hashtags, viral sounds, growing creators, and popular content by country and time period. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee the virality of the content produced.

Smart Posts (cross-platform publishing)

Creatikk lets you schedule and publish content on several platforms simultaneously from the interface. This feature is subject to availability depending on the subscribed plan.

Creatikk reserves the right to improve, modify, or remove any feature at any time, without entitling anyone to a refund. The user acknowledges having read the technical characteristics of the service, in particular the rendering mode of video generation, before subscribing.

3. Account creation

The user guarantees that the information provided at sign-up is accurate. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Uploaded content

The user declares that they hold the rights to the videos they import into Creatikk. They authorize Creatikk to technically process this content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

5. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to use Creatikk to:

• distribute illegal, dangerous, or discriminatory content,
• infringe the copyrights or confidentiality of third parties,
• circumvent the service's security measures.

6. Account suspension / deletion

In the event of fraudulent use or use that does not comply with these Terms of Use, Creatikk may suspend or delete an account without prior notice.

7. Liability

Creatikk does not guarantee:

• that your videos will go viral,
• the total absence of errors or interruptions.

9. Governing law

Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts covering the registered office of the publisher.
