1. Pricing

Creatikk offers monthly or annual subscriptions (Creator, Pro) at the prices displayed on Creatikk.io, in euros (€), taxes included. Subscribers to a previous plan keep the pricing terms they subscribed to until they cancel or change plan themselves. Before any order is confirmed, the exact total amount, the billing frequency (monthly or annual), and the payment date are clearly shown to the user.

Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of subscription. Any change has no effect on subscriptions already in progress until they come up for renewal.

2. Payment

Secure payment through an external provider (Stripe). By subscribing, the user authorizes the corresponding recurring charge until cancellation.

3. Activation of the service

Access to paid features is granted immediately after payment.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at each renewal date (monthly or annual), at the price then in force.

For annual subscriptions that are tacitly renewed, the user is informed by email of their right not to renew, no later than 1 to 3 months before the renewal date (information on tacit renewal).

Cancellation: the user can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from their personal area (the “Account” tab, accessible from the footer of Creatikk.io). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, during which access is kept. Except where the right of withdrawal is exercised (article 5), no refund is due for a subscription period already in progress.

5. Right of withdrawal / Refund policy

Consumers in the European Union: in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

Immediate performance of the service: if the user wishes to access the service before the end of this period, they are asked, at the time of subscription, to give their express consent to immediate performance and to expressly acknowledge that they waive their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Article L221-28). This consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox, separate from the acceptance of these Terms of Sale, and confirmed by email on a durable medium.

Without such express consent, the user keeps their full 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise it, they write to contact@creatikk.io; the refund is made within 14 days of the request.

Customers outside the European Union: refund policy — contact us at contact@creatikk.io within 14 days of subscribing.

The user acknowledges having been informed of the essential characteristics of the service (in particular the generation and rendering mode of the video features) before subscribing.

6. Invoicing

An invoice is available after each payment, in the user's personal area.

7. Disputes and mediation

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to first contact contact@creatikk.io for an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator name + contact details]. They may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute falls within the competent courts under ordinary law; the consumer may in particular bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
